Tim has more than 20 years of telecommunications experience, with much of his career focused on developing international business around new network technologies. 

He spent more than six years at XipLink as Senior Director of Business Development, building on earlier senior sales and commercial roles across the telecommunications sector. His background combines a strong understanding of satellite and mobile connectivity with the commercial experience needed to introduce new services into complex global markets. 

At ECS, Tim leads the company’s growth across Ground Station as a Service and satellite IoT.

Telemaco has spent more than 20 years at the intersection of telecommunications, satellite technology, and IoT, helping turn emerging technologies into commercially viable services. 

Before joining ECS, he led EchoStar Mobile’s European business, where his work included the development and launch of a pan-European satellite IoT network based on LoRaWAN®. Earlier roles at NAGRA, Kudelski Security, and Nokia Bell Labs gave him a strong foundation in secure wireless communications and technology development. 

At ECS, Telemaco leads the development of the satellite IoT proposition as it evolves across new networks and technologies. 

Lolita has more than two decades of experience delivering telecommunications networks and complex technology programs. 

She spent almost 20 years at Vodafone, progressing from network engineering into senior roles responsible for European network planning and delivery. She later joined EchoStar Mobile, where she managed satellite IoT programs before moving to ECS. 

As Program Director, Lolita helps turn ECS’s technical plans into coordinated delivery, keeping teams and projects aligned as new services move toward deployment. 

Taranga supports the people and day-to-day operations behind ECS as the company continues to grow.

Her background includes senior human capital roles at PwC Switzerland, along with broader experience in HR and business administration. At ECS, she provides the internal support and coordination that helps the wider team operate effectively.
